Type Selection Notice For Marine Gearbox:

Marine gearbox has the functions of reverse running, clutch, deceleration and bearing propeller thrust. It is matched with the main engine to form a marine power unit.  

Transmission capacity refers to the ratio of the continuous power and rated speed of the engine. The reduction ratio corresponds to the transmission capacity up and down, and should be less than the value in the parameter table.

It is not allowed to use rigid connection between gearbox and engine shafting. It is recommended that the bracket be installed on the same rigid support. If the engine is mounted on an elastic support and the gearbox is mounted on a rigid support, a suitable high elastic coupling should be selected.
